Day 12 - 2lbs lost!

Total of 7lbs, that's half a stone! This came just at the right time, I am really starting to miss the freedom  of eating whatever I want...but this is for the greater good - and I am much slimmer!

Breakfast: Ok, don't laugh but I attempted the Oat Bran Galette and this is how it looked:


It was supposed to look like a Pancake by the way! It tasted really nice though.....
Includes Turkey slice and a Coffee.

Lunch:


Tuna, Turkey Steak, Cottage Cheese and a Pint of Water.

Dinner: Now this was what I call a decent dinner!


The biggest Steak in the world, Chicken Breast with Mustard on, Cottage Cheese, Mustard and Water!

First week of the Cruise nearly over and apart from a few things I'm missing, I'm happy with the results and try to eat a big Steak whenever I'm missing Pringles!

Day 11 - The Best Dinner So Far!!

You would be right to assume that I topped off the week of one photo days with one last day of just Dinner...apologies!

Usual Breakfast

Lunch: Steak, Rocket and Raw Cauliflower - got to admit, not nice raw, cook it!

Dinner:


Chicken Breast, Aubergine with Cajun Seasoning, Rocket and Yogurt. No drink, was in a rush to go out!

Day 10

Yes my memory lapsed again! Hopefully the weekend habit of not rushing out the door will re-establish the photo taking!

Breakfast: Usual

Lunch: Turkey, Crab Sticks and Cottage Cheese

Dinner:

Really sorry for the shoddy Camera work! Chicken Breast, Steak, Cottage Cheese and Mustard.
Glass of Water.

Day 9 - Yes for Veg!

I have been completely useless this week regarding remembering to take pictures before I leave the house. I have recently aquired 2 rather nasty insect bites to my leg which I've had to get anti-biotics for so you can forgive my Amnesia...I have a picture of my leg though???


If that hasn't put you off talking about food, for luch I had a huge Beef Tomato, stuffed with Cottage Cheese, lemon juice and pepper and a Chicken Breast.

Dinner:


Steamed Salmon with Cajun Seasoning, Portobello Mushroom with 2 cloves of Garlic and A LOT of Brocolli! Yogurt, Cup of Tea and Water. GUESS WHAT! I can have Light Soya Milk Again!!!

Day 8 - Back on the Protein

Looking forward to my veg again tomorrow already! Again, really sorry, forgot to take a picture of my Breakfast, not missing out on much though, it's ALWAYS the same!!

Lunch:


Tuna, Smoked Salmon, 25g of Natural Yogurt!

Dinner:


Double dose of Smoked Salmon (yum), 2 Chicken Breats, Yogurt and a Pint of Water.

I'm not weighing myself until the end of the week, apparently the Cruise and make you go up slightly at first or just stay the same, so there's no point unless you want to be disappointed!

Day 7 - Veg Day!

Day 2 of the Cruise!
I'm really sorry, I was in such a rush this morning to get to work, not only did I forget to photograph my Breakfast, but also my lunch! But I can confidently say, Breakfast was the usual ritual and lunch was a Turkey Breast with some raw Mushrooms.

Dinner on the other hand:


2 Turkey Steaks, one cooked Portobello Mushroom, a whole Courgette, Pint of Water.

I must say, slightly disappointing but due to my inability to organise an actual proper meal, but makes a nice change!

Day 6 - And Down Goes the Scale!!

After my moaning yesterday, I woke up and weighed mysef this morning and I have lost 5lbs as if by magic over night! Amazing! I no longer have to eat constant pure protein, now I can have some vegetables every other day. I started today as a pure protein  as the book had this as an example so thought I should to be safe!

Breakfast:

Getting sick of Yogurt!

Lunch:


This was actually the nicest lunch yet! Scrambled Egg, Smoked Salmon, Yogurt and a Diet Pepsi!

Dinner:


Chicken Breast, Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese and a Pint of water! NEW GLASSES!!

I am too excited about veg tomorrow!
