Day 6 - And Down Goes the Scale!!

After my moaning yesterday, I woke up and weighed mysef this morning and I have lost 5lbs as if by magic over night! Amazing! I no longer have to eat constant pure protein, now I can have some vegetables every other day. I started today as a pure protein  as the book had this as an example so thought I should to be safe!

Breakfast:

Getting sick of Yogurt!


Really liking the Oat Bran though!!

Lunch:


This was actually the nicest lunch yet! Scrambled Egg, Smoked Salmon, Yogurt and a Diet Pepsi!

Dinner:


Chicken Breast, Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese and a Pint of water! NEW GLASSES!!

I am too excited about veg tomorrow!
