Total of 7lbs, that's half a stone! This came just at the right time, I am really starting to miss the freedom of eating whatever I want...but this is for the greater good - and I am much slimmer!
Breakfast: Ok, don't laugh but I attempted the Oat Bran Galette and this is how it looked:
It was supposed to look like a Pancake by the way! It tasted really nice though.....
Includes Turkey slice and a Coffee.
Lunch:
Tuna, Turkey Steak, Cottage Cheese and a Pint of Water.
Dinner: Now this was what I call a decent dinner!
The biggest Steak in the world, Chicken Breast with Mustard on, Cottage Cheese, Mustard and Water!
First week of the Cruise nearly over and apart from a few things I'm missing, I'm happy with the results and try to eat a big Steak whenever I'm missing Pringles!
